Deft exotic spice aromas from 50% whole-bunch fermentation, with dark, shiny berry fruit. The palate is impressively pure, the blackberry, bitter cherry and fig flavours framed by grippy, insistent tannins, with a plush sucrosity to the finish. Tempting to drink this early, although it should develop beautifully.
