This tiny domaine of just 3.8 hectares lies in Quincy in the Loire Valley, close in style and location to the famous appellations of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Domaine de l’Epine is run single-handedly by Elodie Vilpellet, a rising talent in the Loire wine scene. The domaine boasts the classic sand/gravel soil profile of the Quincy appellation, giving a pure, ripe style of Sauvignon Blanc.
