Păsări honours one of Romania’s great cultural traditions. On 24th February every year, Romanians celebrate the arrival of Spring when birds (‘Păsări’, in Romanian) build their nests, and people gather for festivities dedicated to love and nature. This special day is referred to as “the day the birds are betrothed”
