In 1991, after 30 years of ownership, the Zorzettig family installed a state-of-the-art winery and replaced many of their vines with classic, international varieties. The lengthy series of batonnage processes and long ‘sur lies’ ageing of this wine impart body as well as an oil-rich texture, which is characteristic of the region.
