Wine & Souls is the brainchild of Sandra Tavares da Silva and her husband Jorge Seròdio Borges, both winemakers of world acclaim. In 2001, they decided to make wine together under the name Wine & Soul, producing the iconic Pintas wines and then Guru. An opportunity later arose to take on holdings held for generations by Jorge’s family. These were the vines of Quinta da Manoella. This is from 37 year old vines - brightly fruited and charming.
