The colour is of delicate gold with white green flashes. The nose has an almost 'banana-ed', creamy opulence and richness, with an intriguing mineral, pithy, apple-skinned perfume. The palate is virtually a mirror image of the nose with a super ripe, effortlessly sweet complexity to the fruit, that characteristic thread of acidity and purity and splendid length. I think this might have been Percy's favourite
