Deep ruby-plum, with an attractive, silky texture, this is fresh and exuberant on both the nose and palate, with attractive ripeness and perfectly pitch balance. Sherbet-laced berry coulis and red and black summer fruit make an immediate impact, complemented by mocha notes on the finish, which is rounded, supple and yet upbeat - attractive and perfumed throughout - lovely wine. The drinking window is narrow as this is very new territory.
