A northeast-facing, 0.60ha plot, which is the continuation of Marconnets. The vines here are over 60 years old. The soil is sandy and rich in iron. A poised, flinty nose opens onto a beautifully immediate and pure palate, whose crunchy raspberry fruit is demarcated by honest, grippy tannin. This was among the first of the reds to be harvested.
