Deeply coloured, this offers a really gorgeous nose, predominantly red fruit, melded with black fruit and gentle spice on the nose, with cedar notes and earthy minerals. Crème de cassis and mûre, rich and sweet and yet wonderfully fresh also play a role. Here again, we find the Tertre Roteboeuf paradox of opulence, allied to fresh acidity. Pretty, tender, aromatic and deliciously appetising.
