Christina Thanisch represents the 12th generation at Weingut Wwe. Dr. H. Thanisch and will also be the fifth woman to respectively manage the estate. This taster case starts with their delicious Estate Kabinett and the richer, more complex Spätlese from the single vineyard of Bernkasteler Badstube.
Further south in the Pfalz, Sophie Christmann is taking a lead role at Weingut A. Christmann. Here, Riesling is fermented dry thanks to the warmer climate. Their entry-level Pfalz Riesling is followed by a glorious example from the Erste Lage (Premier Cru) vineyard of Gimmeldinger Kapellenberg.
