1. Are there age restrictions with the C&B Odyssey?

Yes, there absolutely are. All customers must be over the age of 18 and this offer is only applicable to UK customers.

2. How much will it cost me to join the C&B Odyssey journey?

You have two different package options - The Adventurer case at £160 and The Explorer case at £240. Both cases are handpicked by a member of the team at Corney & Barrow and consist of 6 different wines and you’ll get two bottles of each. The Adventurer case is a perfect introduction to many of our exclusive producers, encompassing some classics along with emerging wines and regions to watch and The Explorer is the case for a wine lover looking to step things up a notch with wines from some of the world’s greatest producers. Each month’s case is made up in advance of shipping and so we are unable to make any substitutions.

3. How can I pay for my case?

We will set up a Direct Debit in order to take your regular payments. With this method of The first payment taken will be the full case value but then you have the flexibility to spread the subsequent payments monthly or every other month depending on your preference. Please fill out this form and send it back to us. Once this is completed you will be contacted by a member of the team who will confirm all the details of your subscription. 4. How long does the subscription last for?

We will send you wines until you ask us not to anymore. You’ll get a fresh wine selection each month but we understand that there may come a time when you no longer want to receive a delivery or you may move into a slightly different buying pattern with Corney & Barrow.

5. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes you can pause or cancel your subscription whenever suits you. You can contact us directly to manage this at [email protected] or call 020 7265 2434.

6. When will I receive my case?

Our C&B Odyssey cases will be delivered in the third week of every other month. Your specific delivery day will depend on your postcode but all this information will be given to you when you sign up.

7. Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is free of charge for all C&B Odyssey orders.

8. Can I reorder any of the wines I really enjoyed from my delivery?

Of course! We’d love to help you order more of something you’ve really loved from your delivery. There may be some wines you receive we have limited stocks of but in those cases we’ll do what we can to recommend a brilliant equivalent.

9. What do I do if I have an out of condition wine?

Each month’s case is made up in advance of shipping and so we are unable to make any substitutions. If your wine is corked or faulty please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Can I purchase a C&B Odyssey case as a gift?

Absolutely. It’s a great milestone birthday or wedding gift for a friend or loved one. We will send you a gift certificate to give to the recipient which will have instructions to contact us to set up their subscription.
