"80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc. This ‘other’ wine of Angelus comes from specific plots, with its own cellar. Silky raspberry and cedar aromas, leading into a palate of plush red cherry and wild strawberry flavours, framed by firm, confidently extracted tannins and fresh acidity. Briny, focused finish. 60% new oak. Cropped at 18 hl/ha. 13.5% abv.
