A Jura sparkling wine that champions Savagnin, "THE great Jura grape.”

Beyond their classic rosé, Provence also produces stunning white wines. Made predominantly from the Vermentino grape (known locally as Rolle), with some zesty Semillon, Château La Tour de l’Evêque Blanc is aromatic, elegant and vibrant.

Mostly Cabernet Franc with a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon, lending a dark-fruited, graphite edge to this upbeat, mineral red and lifted by zesty acidity.

This Sancerre is concentrated and lively, expressing its terroir, rich in fossilised shells. It shows an intense nose of citrus fruits, herbs and spices. Lively and persistent, it has the hallmark chalky, mineral finish.

Characterised by rich floral aromas and stony minerality

Expressive sweet raspberry and wild strawberry aromas give way to a focused and brightly red-fruited palate on the entry before opening onto a mid-palate of pliant red cherry and berry fruit, complemented by patisserie notes and fine chalky tannins. The finish is pithy with a saline focus.100% destemmed with 40% new oak.

Unusually, the vines here are planted at a high density of 12,000 plants per hectare.
