CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
To receive your delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order by 1pm on 18th December. For customers who live in the Highlands please order by 1pm on 8th December and outside of mainland UK you will need to place your order by 1pm on 4th December. MAINLAND UK DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all wine orders of £120 and over on mainland UK. Single wine orders under £120 are charged at £12.50. For deliveries to multiple locations, please contact [email protected] for more information.
Wine orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days, Monday to Friday. The delivery schedule will give you a rough guide to deliveries, however this is subject to warehouse and availability.
If you would like to arrange a specific delivery time please call our customer service team on the number on the right.
Deliveries outside of the UK Mainland (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Isles) will incur additional delivery charges, we will contact you to advise after your order has been placed. Please note that, at the moment, orders for non UK mainland postcodes cannot be processed on the website. Instead customers are invited to contact our customer service team (call us at 0207 264 2430 or email us at [email protected]).
LONDON & WITHIN M25
Order by midday and we will deliver anywhere within the M25 the next working day. This excludes the following postcodes: BR, CR, DA, KT, RM, SM, TW AND UB. Subject to stock availability. Fine wine orders may be subject to delays so please call if in doubt.

CHALLENGE 25
Challenge 25 is an industry initiative that simply requires that every person buying an age restricted product such as alcohol, who looks under the age of 25, is challenged to produce a valid ID. At Corney & Barrow, we are committed to prevent underage sales and consumption and as a result, when delivering our wines, our drivers are now required to ask anyone who looks under 25 to show an acceptable ID.
RETURNS
RETURNS POLICY
If any wine purchased from Corney & Barrow fails, for any reason, to give satisfaction, Corney & Barrow will replace or issue a credit for that wine provided that the wine is returned to Corney & Barrow within one month after the earlier of (a) the invoice date for the wine and (b) the date of payment for the wine. Corney & Barrow is not obliged under this guarantee to deliver any replacement wine to an address outside the United Kingdom.
Customers who have purchased wine 'En Primeur' have the right to change their mind in respect of and be issued a credit for, that wine provided that they notify Corney & Barrow in writing within one month after the earlier of (a) the invoice date for the wine and (b) the date of payment for the wine (in each case, In Bond UK).
Corney & Barrow offers a "sale or return" service for parties within its London van delivery area and within its Scotland van delivery area. Corney & Barrow will arrange for unopened cases to be returned to its warehouse following which a credit note will be raised. Corney & Barrow reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of Goods, or to credit the value of any returned Goods, which are not in a saleable condition.
Claims for breakages will only be allowed if the Customer notifies Corney & Barrow as soon as possible (and, in any event, within 7 days) after delivery. The Customer must retain breakages and accompanying packaging for examination by Corney & Barrow or its agent.
Corney & Barrow shall not be liable to the Customer for ullages or for any deterioration in the condition of any wine (which can occur naturally to all wines no matter how well cared for), whether that wine is in reserve storage with Corney & Barrow or stored separately by or on behalf of the Customer.
