If I already have an account with Corney & Barrow, how can I access information online?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, account number and the email address that you would like registered to your online account. We will then reply with instructions on how to access your account.
How do I access my account for the first time?
Go to the My Account section and enter your email address into the ‘forgotten password’ box then select ‘request a new password’ – this is the safest way to ensure that your password is kept completely confidential and decreases any security risk. Your new password will be emailed to the email address you have registered against your account.
How do I create an online account?
As you place your order, you will have the opportunity to register with us. This will allow you to retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es. You will be asked to set up a password as part of the account creation process.
How do I change my online account details and contact preferences?
If you wish to change or update your online account details (your email address, password, address or contact preferences) log into your account or click here to go the ‘My account’ page. Enter your email address and password and you will then be able to change the details that you originally gave.
How safe is shopping on corneyandbarrow.com?
Corneyandbarrow.com guarantees to all users and customers full data security and confidentiality. All personal information stored in your account or entered in any online transaction is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?
Yes we do. However, shipping and delivery charges will not be included when you place the order – you will be contacted by a member of Corney & Barrow with the relevant charges. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
What happens if I have forgotten my password?

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
We can ring you to arrange a convenient time to ensure this does not happen. Please select this option during the check out process. You will be asked to enter your phone number. We are also happy to leave your delivery in a convenient place, as specified by you when you process your order. Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm.
What is the difference between the ‘Shop’ and the ‘Cellar’?
The site comprises a Shop and a Cellar. The Shop is filled with wines which are ready to drink. Whilst some may benefit for a year or so of cellaring, the message is a straightforward one – these are wines that are to be bought ‘off the virtual rack’ and delivered to your door. The Cellar is for fine wines to be laid down. These are fine wines straight from the cellars of our exclusive producers, older vintages and wines sourced by our broking team. The majority of these will be bought in bond for long-term cellaring. A live list of fine wines on our books will be instantly available to those who are regular buyers.
What is the difference between bond price (i.e. in bond) and retail price?
Retail price includes duty and VAT. Bonded price is the retail price minus duty and VAT and is used when wines are being bought to lay down in bonded cellars.
What happens if I want to buy some wines in bond and some at retail price?
The wines will have to be bought in two separate transactions or be purchased over the phone. Please ring 020 7265 2430.
Can I request to pay on invoice?
All payments must be made on debit or credit card when placing the online order. If you are an account holder and wish to pay later, please contact a member of the sales team on 020 7265 2430.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has been confirmed. You will be advised of any issues if they arise.
