This Suffolk Pinot Noir has a savoury, cedary nose that opens up to a surprisingly juicy kirsch palate. Bright and fresh with chewy tannins which give the wine oomph for food pairing.

From a sloping South-facing suntrap by the Essex coast, a perfumed and supple Pinot Noir with notes of wild strawberry and forest floor.

This is fine-textured, linear and pure. It has the incisive chalky acids of the Côte des Blancs and a style all its own, with notes of pristine orchard fruit, small red fruits and almond brioche.

Aged on the lees, this wine has fresh lemon aromas and a subtle flinty minerality. The distinctive Seyval Blanc grape has been the foundation for wine-making at Breaky Bottom for many years.
