Ambriel is a beautiful wine estate in the village of Nutbourne, West Sussex, founded by Wendy and Charles Outhwaite, who left high-flying careers in London to pursue their dream of making their own wine. Evocative of spring, this elegant English sparkling wine is bright with ripe Cox apple and pear flavours, delicate strawberries, and notes of savoury pastry. After five years spent in contact with fine lees, the palate is crisp and succulent with tiny, fine bubbles and a long, toasty finish.
