The blend comprises all three champagne varieties Chardonnay, as always dominant in the blend (70%), Pinot Noir (15%) and Pinot Meunier (15%). This wine honours the late Sir Andrew Davis, a renowned conductor, who owned a neighbouring property and would regularly appear at Glyndebourne.
