Cuvée Sir Andrew Davis 2016 comes from legendary English sparkling wine estate Breaky Bottom. The blend comprises all three champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. This wine honours the late Sir Andrew Davis, a renowned conductor, who owned a neighbouring property and would regularly appear at Glyndebourne. A classic Breaky Bottom, fine-textured, linear and pure, it has the incisive chalky acids of the Côte des Blancs and a style all its own, with notes of white flowers, cow parsley, orchard fruit, brioche and almond.
