Clos De Gat use minimal filtration and fining to preserve the pure texture and expression of the fruit. A truly fantastic wine. Chardonnay - 100% Chardonnay, sorted by hand, fermented in oak and aged on lees. Delicious, plump, refined ripe Burgundian fruit on nose and palate. Superb!
