Languedoc's warm Mediterranean climate coupled with the Mistral's cooling sea breezes gives our own label red its characteristic fresh, ripe fruit flavours. An accessible blend of Carignan, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is structured yet silky with a long lasting finish. It's the perfect "house red".

"Soft, supple and inviting this is a cracking Languedoc red that drinks effortlessly."

“This would be the perfect bistro house red: your nose starts twiching for bavette-frites at the first juicy, upbeat sip. Cabernet sauvignon brings gentle oomph and structure, while grenache and carignan carry a scent of the garrigue. Lovely.”
