100% barrel fermentation makes this a fuller bodied wine than Les Becs Fins. Pithy and precise, it wears the warm 2022 season lightly, the palate’s fine orchard fruit coming to a nice salty, focused finish. Aged for six months in new, one- and two-year old barrels. 13.5% abv.
