Domaine Labet Mixed Case

Domaine Pierre Labet produce classic, world-class wines from the heart of Burgundy. The estate boasts holdings in Gevrey-Chambertin, Beaune and Meursault. The wines are vinified in the picturesque Château de la Tour in the heart of the Clos-Vougeot, also owned by the Labet family.
As a celebration of this superb domaine, we’ve put together a mixed six that focuses on the Côte de Beaune.

Making up the case is a Meursault from the hilltop vineyard of Les Tillets, a site famed for producing vibrant, often Puligny-esque whites. The reds are both from the much underrated Beaune appellation, from markedly different terroirs.  The first comes from the Clos du Dessus des Marconnets vineyard, a lieu-dit situated on the northern border with Savigny-les-Beaune. In contrast, the final wine is produced from old vines planted in the esteemed premier cru Coucherias, in the centre of the appellation.

The case contains:

2x Meursault Les Tillets, Domaine Pierre Labet 2017

2x Beaune Clos du Dessus des Marconnets, Domaine Pierre Labet 2017

2x Beaune Coucherias 1er Cru, Domaine Pierre Labet 2014 (one of these with our compliments!)
