Purity and freshness are the hallmarks of Flor de Pingus, allied to a certain old vine complexity. With an average age of 35 years, these vines have a deep root system, intensifying the wine's personality. Just 30% of new oak adds another dimension, a richness in texture on the mid-palate and finish. Flor de Pingus has been biodynamically produced since 2005.
