Ripe raspberry and redcurrant fruit, with a pure, tender immediacy. As Philippe says, there is a natural ripeness in this plot, requiring a hands-off approach–probably because the surrounding wall creates a micro-climate. He describes drawing out the elegance of the old vines. Nine barrels were made in 2022.
