Only 1,307 bottles of the 2019 vintage were made. A wine in the mould of great Northern Rhône Syrah. Perfumed aromas of red and black fruits with a flash of violet and toasted cedar. The palate has incredible purity of fruit – black cherry and raspberry – with notes of roasted coffee, anise, finishing with a black pepper tingle. A refined structure, with super-fine tannins and a juicy acid streak that cleanses on the lingering finish.
"Only the best parcels of grapes from the best blocks go into The Lane’s top tier Heritage wines. A stunning reflection of the estate’s exceptional terroir."
