The current custodians of the estate are third generation Hervé Carrette, who grew up tending the vineyards, and his wife Nathalie, a highly qualified oenologist. The family vineyards are comprised of 40 different parcels totalling 15 hectares across five ‘communes’, including the highly-regarded Vergisson and Solutré. Reflective of their clay-limestones. These are beautifully-made wines of great purity and typicity, predominantly from the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, reflective of their clay-limestone soils and of their individual sites, among them future premiers crus.
