Peter Sisseck, Bordeaux-trained Danish winemaker has a serious side. He has always been attracted to the intensity derived from old vine fruit. Appalled by current drives to uproot such vines in the quest for improved efficiency and growth, Peter has forged relationships with growers, offering them an alternative, paying a premium for fruit and offering advice. From their production, Psi was created, 100% Tinto del Païs (Tempranillo) richly fruited and darkly spiced.
