Que Bonito Cacareaba Benjamin Romeo 2011

Que Bonito Cacareaba Benjamin Romeo 2011

The nose is seductive, the colour a burnished gold. The aromatics lie very much at the tropical and stone fruit end of the flavour spectrum, peach, apricot, lychee and star fruit to the fore, the richness of the oak adding a creamy charácter - melba-esque. Opulent and rather decadent it is by no means heavy with good citrus refreshment lending itself well to rather awkward ingredients.
