"Estancia Los Cardones is a 25-hectare vineyard located at 1,800 meters above sea level in the remote wine region of Salta, a mountainous desert in the north-western corner of Argentina. A vineyard originally planted in 2009 in an uncompromising terroir combining high-altitude intense sunshine, freezing Andean nights and stony soils, and yielding luscious, elegant wines with fruit concentration, mineral length and a savoury hint.
A rare Garnacha expression coming from high-altitude, mineral-rich and uncompromising terroir, delivering a fresh and succulent pale ruby red. Uplifting with crunchy cranberries and fresh cherries flavours laced with mineral freshness and a light floral hint. Great sense of purity.
