Adjacent to Santenots, the domaine’s 0.35 hectare holding in La Robardelle is planted north-south, meaning the vines get sun exposure all day long. This is the second vintage of this wine, which Sarah and Guillaume have recently recovered from a long-term lease. Robardelle has deeper clay soils, contributing to what Sarah describes as this wine’s ‘unctuous’ character.
"Dark and generous, with fresh acidity and a pithy, focused finish. 30% new oak."
