This is a selection of the oldest vines, ranging from 60 to 92 years old, from four plots of the domaine’s two hectares of village Volnay. More concentrated, thanks to the smaller berries coming from these sites.
"There is a bright phenolic crunch to the vibrant raspberry fruit, with a darker aspect than the regular Volnay. The tannins remain elegant and polished. 20% new oak."
