Ambriel beautiful wine estate spans over 9.5ha in the village of Nutbourne, West Sussex. It was founded in 2006 by married couple Wendy & Charles Outhwaite, self-professed wine lovers who left respectful careers in London, to pursue their dream of making their own English sparkling wines. This is a small-scale, hands-on enterprise with thorough, meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard and winery.
