Chak is an elegant, high altitude Cab, from Swiss native Daniel Wiederkehr. Its name means ‘together’ in Chile’s indigenous language, as it is a fusion of Bordeaux elegance and Chilean spice, bringing authenticity to the fore. Made from 80 years-old ungrafted vines in the heart of Colchagua Valley, this is a rich, blueberry flavoured wine with a touch of smoke and herbs, fine tannins and a lasting finish.
