Focussed and super fresh , with a clearly defined minerality, this presents orchard fruit with a citrus lift. Very primary we find star fruit and grape must to the fore. Youthful, it will benefit from some bottle ageing yet shows so well now, both taut and exuberant - a fabulous accompaniment to a great range of dishes and, with Pinot Noir prominent in the blend, it complements seafood and white meats, as one would expect, but holds its own with red meats and game.
"Pinot Noir dominant, this is a champagne which complements hearty food."
