The De Chassey family house is located in the village of Louvois which has 100% Grand Cru status. Nowadays, this small-scale property is looked after by the 6th and 7th generations of the family, led by mother and daughter duo Marie-Odile and Ingrid. Carefully hand-made at every single step of its production, from a tiny 11 hectares of vines, this finely structured blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has a bit of everything: zesty apple and citrus fruit, balanced by richer, toasted brioche flavours and refined bubbles. A classic.
"Carefully hand harvested, this Pinot Noir dominant blend is simply exquisite and offers outstanding value for money. Patiently aged for years in their chalky cellar, this Champagne has a classic structure, complex richness and intense finish.

“An enticing combination of honeyed depth and spiced apple fruit and freshness... A Pinot Noir-dominated blend from the Oudart family (winemaker fifth generation Ingrid Oudart) in the Grand Cru village of Louvois in the Montagne de Reims.”
