Former Olympic skiers Daniel and Florence Cathiard transformed this property in the early 1990`s, and have been making decadent, modern, sexy wines here since then. This wine is distinctly aromatic, with toasty full white flavour imparted from the addition of 20% Semillon
"This wine has a clear yellow and brilliant colour. The nose is open and expresses complex notes of citrus and yellow fruit (apricot). The palate is both tense and voluptuous with a good length on fresh citrus, yellow flowers, yellow fruit and a little smoke which is typical from the terrior.
