Piemonte Truffle Feast
As autumn arrives, we invite you to succumb to the delights of one of Italy’s great gastronomic marriages: Nebbiolo and white truffles.
Our Autumn Paulée explores the many faces of Nebbiolo, from the finesse of Alto Piemonte to the grandeur of Barolo. Along the way, we'll consider one of the grape's enduring questions: does Nebbiolo always need years in the cellar before its tannins soften into silk, or can youth have its own charm?
**Each wine will be paired with a menu celebrating the flavours of the truffle season, while the bottles brought by guests promise, as every Paulée does, to make the evening uniquely its own.
Your host for the evening will be Neville, our fine wine specialist. He will share his insights and infectious enthusiasm during what promises to be a relaxed, interactive and undeniably convivial dinner. Expect conversation rather than a lecture around a table where stories and bottles are shared as generously as the food.

**Above all, we encourage guests to bring something personal, interesting and with a story— which can be simply that you love it! If you would like guidance on selecting a bottle, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. If your bottle is being bought direct from us, or is currently lying in your reserves, we would be delighted to have this delivered to the office ahead of the event so it can be waiting for you on the night.

What is the cancellation policy if I can’t make the event?
If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events but you’re no longer able to attend, please contact us. Please kindly note that event tickets will not be refunded if cancellation is made within a week before the event date. If you’re cancelling an event outside the seven-day cancellation window, then we can offer a full refund to your original payment method. If the event was a gift, the purchaser will be refunded.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No, you’ll receive an email containing your order confirmation number as evidence of your reservation.
Is there anything I need to do after purchasing an event as a gift?
Please get in touch with your order number, name, and tasting date, as well as the recipient’s name, phone number, and email address so we can contact them directly with event details.
