Join us for a relaxed and celebratory evening dedicated to Chardonnay in its Blanc de Blancs guise.
Our Summer Paulée celebrates the extraordinary versatility of the world's most widely planted white grape. Beginning on the chalk soils of Champagne before travelling to the limestone vineyards of Burgundy, we'll discover how Chardonnay can express place with remarkable clarity while producing wines of strikingly different personalities.
In true Paulée style, each guest is invited to bring a favourite bottle from their own cellar to share around the table alongside wines from our own collection. **Each wine will be paired with a delicious seafood menu, while the bottles brought by guests will ensure that, as every Paulée should, no two evenings are ever quite the same.
Your host for the evening will be Neville, our fine wine specialist. He will share his insights and infectious enthusiasm during what promises to be a relaxed, interactive and undeniably convivial dinner. Expect conversation rather than a lecture around a table where stories and bottles are shared as generously as the food.

**Above all, we encourage guests to bring something personal, interesting and with a story— which can be simply that you love it! If you would like guidance on selecting a bottle, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. If your bottle is being bought direct from us, or is currently lying in your reserves, we would be delighted to have this delivered to the office ahead of the event so it can be waiting for you on the night.

What is the cancellation policy if I can’t make the event?
If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events but you’re no longer able to attend, please contact us. Please kindly note that event tickets will not be refunded if cancellation is made within a week before the event date. If you’re cancelling an event outside the seven-day cancellation window, then we can offer a full refund to your original payment method. If the event was a gift, the purchaser will be refunded.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No, you’ll receive an email containing your order confirmation number as evidence of your reservation.
Is there anything I need to do after purchasing an event as a gift?
Please get in touch with your order number, name, and tasting date, as well as the recipient’s name, phone number, and email address so we can contact them directly with event details.
What is the best way to let you know about my dietary requirements?
