The Le Colture winery produces some of Italy’s best Prosecco and sparkling wines. The winery has been in the hands of the Ruggeri family since 1500 and specialises in making high quality sparkling wines.

Today, the property and business is run by Alberto and his sisters Veronica and Silvia, under the tutelage of their father Cesare and uncle Renato, who pride themselves on their wealth of winemaking experience, knowledge of the territory and an inborn sensitivity for the health of the vines and the quirks of the cellar.

The bottles that leave this vineyard each year are the result of a close knit family collaboration, with each member directly involved at every stage of production from vineyard management to the final phase of shipping.

The Ruggeri family own all their own vineyards in the very heart of Valdobbiadene, the homeland of Prosecco. This is a huge benefit in terms of consistency of style as well as quality and price.
