Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut NV – 100% Pinot Noir – Aromatic lime leaf and orchard blossom give way to hazelnut cream and flaky pastry on the mid-palate, all enshrined in a racy, mineral structure. A refined Champagne paying tribute to the subtle power of Pinot Noir.

 Cuvée de Buretel Brut NV – 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay – Redolent of white blossom, apple compote and ripe citrus, this textured, enveloping cuvée reveals delicate notes of sourdough, orange peel and toasted almond. Here the Pinot Noir’s inherent power is tamed by the finesse of the Chardonnay.

 Millésime 2015 Brut NV – 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay – A complex nose combining fresh yeast, nuts and spicy currants, dusted with chalk. This stylish vintage has a rich mouthfeel and a zipped-up acidity revealing moreish notes of lemon pie, nuts and minerals. Beautifully structured and incredibly fresh, a wine with great ageing potential.
(2015 vintage – 8 years on the lees – 8g/l dosage)

 Rosé Brut NV – 70% Pinot Noir (including a portion vinified as a red), 30% Chardonnay - Evocative nose redolent of rose petals and ripe strawberries. This Champagne Rosé is all about curves. Generous yet refined, with bright red berries and a hint of marzipan, complemented by a long, mineral finish.
