Domaine Jacques Prieur calls Meursault home, although its holdings comprise a roll call of great names stretching the length of both côtes. The late Jean-Pierre Labruyère acquired a majority share in the domaine from the Prieur family in 1988, and winemaker Nadine Gublin was appointed in 1990. In 2008, Jean-Pierre Labruyère’s son Édouard took over management of the domaine, as well as the other family estates. These include the original family estate, Domaine Labruyère in Moulin-à-Vent, Château Rouget in Pomerol and, since 2012, Champagne J.M. Labruyère in Verzenay. Corney & Barrow has been the domaine’s exclusive UK agent since the 2013 vintage and in Hong Kong since 2022.
