L’Aurage 2021 is 97% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc, mirroring the vineyard plantings. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry and cedary spice. The palate is juicy, with dark berry fruit and a bitter cherry lift. The tannins are tightly packed and powerful. Liquorice and dark chocolate on the finish, which has a winningcrunch and definition, sustained by taut acidity.
