The domaine has 18 ouvrées (around 0.75 hectares) of Marsannay, 14 ouvrées of which are planted with Pinot Noir. The vines are over 50 years old. This is a mid-slope site, consisting of two parcels. The Rotys are the only domaine to bottle Champs Saint-Étienne as a separate cuvée. Lovely bright raspberry and intense, plush wild strawberry fruit here, with that same crunchy, tensile line of acidity
