This is a selection from 10 hectares
of vines. The granite soils are abundant in manganese and quartz. Bright, juicy red berry fruit, framed by very supple tannins. Very Gamay, lovely and approachable. This will be bottled in April/May 2023. All destemmed in 2022, with maturation in old 600 litre demi-muids.
