Sémillon-Sauvignon blend inspired by the great white wines of Bordeaux. A complex nose that shows attractive citrus notes with hints of lemongrass and lightly toasted almonds. On the palate, gooseberry and pink grapefruit flavours are underpinned by a distinctive flintiness.
