79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc. The second wine of Ch Margaux displays elegant dark fruit aromas. The palate is seamless and intricate: pure blackberry, strawberry and cedary spices are framed by fine, chalky tannins. Juicy and poised. 30% of production is in Pavillon Rouge.
