Aromas to put a smile on your face – textbook ripe stone-fruit, with a dash of struckmatch minerality, a seasoning of cedar and a sprinkle of white pepper. The palate has the taut, incisive acidity of Saint-Romain, with enough succulence of white peach fruit to balance it out. Crunchy and precise on the finish.
