François and Édouard’s Bourgogne Rouge is all about the lush Pinot fruit and delicate exotic spices of its 65% whole-bunch vinification. It comes from three clay-heavy plots in Chorey-lès-Beaune. Rose petal and violet aromas, leading into a palate of dark cherry and wild strawberry with peppery spices. Luminous and vibrant.
