1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK over the age of 18. Winners may be asked to provide proof of age and/or identity by sending a photo of a valid photographic ID .

2. To ensure fairness, employees of Corney & Barrow and anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion are not allowed to enter.

3. You do not have to buy anything to take part in this Promotion, but you do need a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet.

5. Promotion Period: Participants must enter between 10:00 GMT on the 30th May 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 12th June 2025.

6. To enter, you must like and comment on the competition post on Corney & Barrow North of England’s Instagram profile, tagging one friend. You must also follow Corney & Barrow North of England (@corneyandbarrow.leeds)

7. You may enter up to five times during the Promotion Period, but you may only win one Prize.

8. The Prizes: The winner will win one Corney & Barrow Sparkling Blanc de Blancs Methode Traditionnelle NV Magnum.

9. Winners will be selected by random draw, carried out by an independent person within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

10. Winners will be contacted by one of the Promoters via DM within 3 working days of the draw. The winners must share their address, date of birth and proof of age with the Promoter via DM within 3 working days to claim the Prize. If a winner does not contact the Promoter, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. A total of 3 reserves will be contacted. In the event that no reserve responds to communications, we reserve the right to not award the Prize.

11. We cannot accept any entries that we believe:

a. Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could negatively reflect the name, reputation, or goodwill of Corney & Barrow.

b. Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to Corney & Barrow; and/or

c. Promotes any political agenda.

12. Please allow up to 28 days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Prize.

13. The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for something else or a cash or other alternative.

14. If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize.

We will only use your personal data for the administration of this Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion.

16. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.

17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to Corney & Barrow and not to Instagram.

18. If you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Corney & Barrow will not be liable for this.

19. If this Promotion cannot run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

20. By entering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

21. If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure outside the control of Corney & Barrow or its agencies, Corney & Barrow and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

22. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

23. The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.

24. If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter will use your name and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

25. The winners’ names and counties may be published on the Promoters’ Facebook or Instagram pages / stories within 3 working days of winner acceptance.

26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
